Bug on Tied W-L Record Playoff Selection

When teams are tied between example 6th to 10 place, and only the 6th to 8th are going to the playoffs, they will arange them alphabetically. Not win over the other.

ex.

6- Atlanta
7- Charlotte
8- Miami
9- Utah
10-Washington

I dunno, usually if its the same w-l record, they will arrange them by conferece record, then division record- I highly doubt all of them will have everything exactly the same.
