How fair and who benefits from this trade i made during my dynasty with miami:

Miami Trade: Shaq (FSS) and D. Anderson (aquired from free agency)

Indiana Trade: Jermaine O' Neal (FSS) and Jamal Tinsley (FSS)

This is my line-up

C- Jermaine O' Neal (inside scorer) (power) (inside stopper)
PF- Udonis Haslem (Inside Stopper) (Trained)
SF-Antoine Walker (i just use him for those unexpected 3's)
SG-Dwyane Wade (HighFlyer)(stopper outside)(playmaker)(scorer outside AND inside)
PG- Jamal Tinsley(playmaker) (stopper outside)

Bench aka My Relievers:

PG- Jason Williams (Playmaker)
SG- Dorell Wright (bumped him down from SF..but i trained him so that his overall is 71)
SF-James Posey
PF-Wayne Simien (created)
C-Alonzo Mourning

Thats just my updated line-up and the 5 other that would sub in for them when tired... i kno the bench could use some work but what ya'll think of A)the trades and
B) the starting 5 plus the 5 bench players subbing in

id appreciate everyones input....

u definently got the better deal, JO is young and can do anything shaq can do and Jamaal Tinsly isnt that good but all u gave up for him is Derek Anderson so good trade for Miami.

it was a good trade because JO does the same things Shaq does except he's faster than Shaq and also younger, so your going to have him around for a longer time.
