Summer League Players

Does it exist a roster patch in which i can use all the "new" players of the NBA? I would play with all the players of the summer league and the others free agent such as Anthony Parker or Jorge Garbajosa

if their not on a normal roster then i doubt they have been made

....and Anthony Parker isnt a fee agent, he signed with the Raptors.
