create a superstar? Here's the deal...

a friend of mine and I have been cooperating on an NBA dynasty (Orlando). We pickeed up Devin Harris from Big D for Jameer Nelson like first thing so that we could try and develop him. I think I have his steal up to like 90 in year 4, but how what do you have to do to get him a superstar ability? I wouldn't mind playmaker, but I really want defensive stopper (outside)... any suggestions, or should I just go buy the prima guide or whatever it's called?
