I'd have to say the worst dynasty team, other than the Bobcats, is probably the Bobcats. In fact, Charlotte owns the top three worst teams.

The Blazers have quite a few young players and are currently one of the bottom teams in the league. Perhaps they're the kind of the team you're looking for?

Orlando will be good though, Jameer Nelson gets up to be in the high 70's and i'm sure low 80's if you work with him and Dwight Howard becomes insane so they'll have some bonafide superstars in only a few years. Portland, aside from Darius Miles and Zach Randolph, dont have anyone who develops into a superstar, and miles can really only turn into an outside or inside stopper and thats it.

Atlanta Hawks are a team with young talent to build around.

Utah isn't a half bad team to build off of either. Of course I'd say that, right? :P

Toronto and Atlanta (Y) both have young players that can't do anything. Well maybe not Toronto. ehm.. maybe still. What about Golden State? J-Rich and B Diddy can be traded for almost whatever.
