NBA Live 06 Editor doesn't work

Need some help guys
I have downloaded NBA Live 06 Editor from gamingaccess.com and also i have downloaded those 2 programs that need to be installed to normal work of editor. But net framework and Visual Fox Pro Driver don't want to install
What can i do to run NBA Live 06 Editor ?
