How to adjust the players'head size

I love to play NBA live 06, but the player's head is inproportional, all the players' head seem bigger than normal, just like a child. It's awsome. Does any patches to adjust it?

Nope, there's no such program/patch. The only thing possible is to switch headshapes between different players...
