losing freestyle skills mid-season

something real odd just happened to me in my dynasty. Kobe bryant suffered a minor injury so he was still able to play but lost his outside scorer ability.

days later when he recoverd 100%, he still wasn't able to perform the outstide scorer ability.

i checked his player development numbers and he has a 87 in fg a 90 in dribble and a 91 in o.awareness.

these numbers should alow him to be a outside scorer and a freestyle shooter but both abilities rejester as N/A.

whats the deal with this ?

also kobe's rating droped a 96 to a 92. his numbers are still as i posted but how did his numbers drop when he's shooting 56% from the feild 35% from 3 88% from the line and he averages 37 points 5 rebounds and 6 assist and 6 steals ?

i really want the outside scorer abilty back guys, can some one please help me out .................................................................................

There's a real problem with recalculating ratings this year. If you have the PC version you can always edit the DBF to give Kobe his FSS abilities back by changing the SUPERSTAR and VALIDSSTAR fields.

after being pissed about losing kobe's freestyle ability, i simulated the rest of the season and found out that at the start of the next season he was once again an out side scorer.

sorry about the double post and every thing but this was something new, that never happened b4.


april 1st - No Fooling

i never saved my dynasty after i simulated. instead i kept playing cause bryant still had the highflyer ability, and i knew that i could climb to the top of the free throw standings this way.

after about a month of play, to my suprise kobe once again recaprtured the ability to be an outside scorer. i really don't konw how or why he lost it in the first place , but i 'm really happy that he has it back.

and i also lead the leauge in freethrow attempts and makes.
