How do I open .BIG extension files?

Originally I couldnt find the Prog to open .BIG files... It was under General DL's for sum odd reason.



Still though this .big file will not open for me.


If anyone wants to give it a go here it is.

What file is it by the way?

Data file from my live dvd. It doesn't extract the files that are inside of the data.big You can view the hex code though. I doubt much can be achieved.

Why is that odd? That section is mostly for tools that can be used across the entire series.
