JR Smith has higher rating than Cassell

Smith should probably go down and Cassell way up. And why no love for the Clippers and Q Ross? He is a beast on perimeter d and good catch and shoot player, he starts right now but on the current update he is on the default inactive list.

I know he won't be starting for long but he's part of a tight 8 man rotation for LA right now and is defenitley under rated in the roster patch. Thanks for giving this a look.

Double posting = no no. Edit your post next time. Been here since 2003 and only spoken up 13 times. Wowza.

I don't usually boost overall ratings but seeing as though JR Smith is that high he's probably got a couple of ratings that are higher than they should be, so I'll check him out.

As for being on the inactive list...check the release date. Quite often players get activated right after an update is released (it happened with Wade in the last update too). The rosters can only be as accurate as of the day they were released.

BECAUSE I'M NOT A PATCHMAKING ROBOT WHO EXISTS ONLY TO PLEASE YOU, YOU INGRATE. I HAVE A LIFE OF MY OWN, WHICH DOES REVOLVE AROUND MAKING A MODIFICATION FOR A VIDEO GAME. HOW DARE YOU SPECULATE ON THE DIFFICULTY OF MAKING THE UPDATES WEEKLY WHEN YOU HAVE NO EXPERIENCE IN UPDATING THE ROSTERS? IT IS UNGRATEFUL PEOPLE LIKE YOU THAT MAKE UPDATING THE ROSTERS A REAL CHORE.

I AM REALLY GETTING FED UP WITH THIS CRAP. ABUZZER, IF YOU POST LIKE THAT AGAIN, YOU WILL BE BANNED.

Sorry to go off like that folks, but I really do put up with a lot of this crap and posts like that really do burn me up. I really do miss the old days when everyone was just grateful for an update and weren't so demanding on patchmakers. Thankfully, most of you aren't like that and I do appreciate it. :)

It's happened before, and about the same kind of issue too. Back in the day I actually used profanity a couple of times, but I've grown up since then.

No problem. It might just miss the update though depending on when you get it done, so I'll work with what you've got so far and include whatever I can in v1.07 if you haven't posted it by the time I'm ready to release. (Y)

Hey Andrew,

man, I really feel with you and I guess those kind of posts reveal that he doesn't even know what he's talking about.
But, you know, I'm also a little bit afraid you let this thing get too close to you and that you consider to cease working on the roster updates.

So I'm pretty sure majority of the people visiting this forum are wel-linformed you always do your best being a fair and helpful site admin - aside from the fact that you're a great patchmaker.

Don't you think it's time to ignore those kind of posts, I mean it's definitely not worth...

I'm struck this is turning into a game, you know, some people trying to provoke (roster updates/transactions/sliders etc.). Hamering down those angry lines may help you calm down but it won't make them stop bugging you...

Just wanted to annotate..

Honestly, I don't think it's going to come to that. I would rather wait until the offseason to do that. I'm not sure what I'll do this year, I might hand them over earlier to make sure someone's doing them before I go over to NBA Live 07. Trust me, I'll ban troublemakers before I quit the updates. Once I get the shock/disappointment/frustration out, I'm fine. That said, the pestering posts that pop up certainly don't encourage me to go out of my way to release them quickly.

If I ignore those posts as I first intended, it doesn't discourage them and I just keep getting "When is the patch coming?", "Why aren't you releasing the patch now?", "Where is the patch?" and so on. If I don't acknowledge those posts and resort to banning - as I've done a couple of times already - the message won't get through.

Anyway, appreciate the support. :)
