program to open and edit .act files

can someone pls give a link to a program that can open and edit .act files?..
So that I can make my own "aiacts"???

You open the .act files with a program such as Notepad or Wordpad, no need for any special program for it...

No, because I have no idea.. But you could ask one of the guys that have been working with it; that, or just experiment with it yourself..
