* FIX * Dynasty Issue - Training Camp issue

Hi Guys,

To everyone having the issue with Dynasty mode (Certainly those with created players) where once you've hired your coaches and you go to Sim/Skip training camp... NBA Live just exits to windows.

I'd like to confirm (with Andrew's advice - Thanks as ever) that if you open your rosters folder (Updates or whatever you've called it) with your created player (or not as the case maybe) and replace birthplace.dbf and birthstate.dbf with the originals from the originaldb folder (Program Files\EA Sports\NBA LIVE 06\etc...) this cures the problem, I've tried this on a hand full of PC's (AMD/Intel Processors, NVIDIA/ATI graphics) and this has cured the problem everytime.

I'd started a thread about this and i've seen many others with the same problem, I'd just like to post back and say after a good amount of testing, this is an almost definate fix.

Dude that's genius...that cured my problem, i was cursing and swearing and then i found this thread...i created 100 college players, lol THANKS!!!!

Ok, I'm having this problem and want to make sure I fix it without messing anything up. Can somebody walk me through exactly what I'm doing here?

There are two places on my computer where the dbf files are:
C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\NBA LIVE 06\database\Origdb
and
My Documents\NBA LIVE 06\database

The "database" folder in my documents has four folders in it containing database files: "currentdb", "mpdata", "originaldb", and "workingdb".

So which files do I replace where?

I'm sorry if I sound stupid here, just want to make sure I fix this without messing anything help. Thanks for the help.

Does this also fix Milo's 06-07 Roster and the 2000-2001 Patch made by 2klakers and th 97/98 patch made by tony divence?

If you have previously edited the players file using Excel, this does not work. You can get through hiring the staff and training camp. But you cannot sim through any of the games without it crashing.

Screw this shit... i am playing Eduardo's roster and i cant seem to start a freakin dynasty...

Sometimes it shows this message and sometimes it just fucking goes to windows, i tried to change the birthstate.dbf or wadeva but it still happens
