the C.A.P dunking glitch.

i have discovered that on the xbox live 06. when u create a player. regardless of his jumping and dunking stats. or height. they all can dunk.
very annoying.
its always the same animation. a two footed 2handed dunk. this is with a 6.1 pg with a jump of 40 and dunk of 1.
and all my caps do this... has ruined the experience for me somewhat.
does anyone know of how to prevent this.
