wanna know if i can change players in reebok teams...i want d.milles in all-star reebok....n etc

You can, if you're using the PC version and are competent in using DB Commander. Open up players.dbf and change his TEAM, ORIGTEAM, DFLTTEAM and CASH_TEAM and make sure that you rearrange the ROSTERPOS values so that no one on the Reebok All-Stars or Young Guns share the same ROSTERPOS.
