sim league noobie

hey can anyone explain to me what and how sim league works.. thanks

a sim league is a league where all the matches are simmed by one person(simming is when the game does it itself)and he posts all the results 
u as a GM or General Manager get to trade players with other GM's on the site-so if u make a trade with another GM, u would tell the person who sims the matches, and he would change the roster on the game.
