for your query I think it is not possible at the moment to add speech file for commentators.

Please help! Why I cannot hear the custom players & coachs name during intruction??? :cry:

I have replaced the xarplhdr.idx & xarplhdr.fcd in NBA Live 06 directory. And I have edit the speechID on dbf file.
