return to default rosters

is there any other way to go back to the original default rosters of the game without completely uninstalling and re-installing the game?

Make sure the original dbf files are in originaldb, currentdb and workingdb and reset the rosters from within the game.

i didnt back up the orginal .dbf files cuz i usually jus use your roster updates to play online but i cant seem to complete an online game so i decided maybe if i put the default rosters back that might help...is there somewhere i can get the original dbf files?
