My bobcats master plan

Postby The_Flying_Tomato on Sun Jan 15, 2006 5:19 pm

I'm gonna try and do this: Brezec, Rush, May for Dwight howard and fillers. Then in the offseason re-sign wallace and knight, and sign a FA SG.

If the Howard trade goes through, should I go after Joe Johnson or Michael Redd? Assuming they're both FA.

k, instead of trading for a young good PF and moving Okafor to C, I got a young good C, so Okafor stays at PF.

Penny Hardaway, Jerome Williams, Channing Frye

for

Primoz Brezec, Melvin Ely, Jake Voskuhl

So after this season, it's Fry for Brezec!!

So if I re-sign Wallace and any other guys(cheap), and then sign either redd or johnson, it should be good for the future

redd, or johnson? Hmm....

CPU teams will re-sign Redd and Johnson, i'm sure, but i'd go for Johnson if you'll have a chance.

If you're gonna get Howard, play him at the C.

Thats his future.. he's gonna be Shaq in 2 or 3 years.. Okafor has range, compared to Dwight, so PF woudl suit him better

unless I do some kind of okafor for howard, and have Frye and Howard, then I'm not gonna get Howard. And I don't think redd AND JJ will re-sign. In my 3 dynasties, only one of them had either of those guys re-signing, and it was redd.

I play as the Bobcats and I got Joe Johnson. He is rated much better than Redd and has a lot more capabilites. Johnson can pass, play defense, score inside, and shoot. So I most defenitely say Johnson. He'll probably become your teams leading scorer.

i left johnson, NO picked him up. I drafted a good SG for the 1st pick of the draft. I've got kind of a crap lineup currently, but next year, LeBron, Wade, Melo, T-Mac, Pierce, and more are FA. I doubt Cleveland will re-sign lebron, so I'll go way after him.

Ya with the Bobcats waiting a year is always very safe. There is soooooo much cap room available at the start.
