inside scorer layup

inside scorers are just so dominant in this game. first, there was this unblockable hookshot. a couple of days ago, i tried the avoid strip layup. this is done by holding the left/superstar trigger and tapping Dunk. I tried it from the 3 point line and my player (Yao Ming) ridiculously made 2 steps and he's already in the paint to sink the layup. if you want to do this, dont press any directional button, just move your inside scorer to the 3 point line and press the said buttons. This is stoppable though (when against a human player), unlike the superstar hookshot. you can block this or take charge. but the cpu is dumb enough to let your player score at will with this move. In doing this, I often put my superstar in the baseline (3 point line) and call for isolation then do the move. easy 2 points. FYI.

i did it once while messing around with dirk. it rarely ever works if you try to start the layup move from the 3 pt line. you said that you dont need to press in a certain direction, i think you do because when i did when i made one.
