"Fantasy Drafts" HELP

what's it mean when ppl are sayin i did this fantasy draft and i got dwade and rashard on the same team? am i missing something in the game modes?

When you begin a new Dynasty, you have the option of holding a Fantasy Draft. Every player is eligible to be drafted, with each team taking it turns to select a player (like the rookie draft).
