Requirements for Freestyle superstar 'Powers'

Hey im just wondering if anyone figured out wat the minimum is for a player to get like a superstar 'power' like * shooter or * scorer or * power etc.

Im pretty sure for *shooter its around 85+ for both FG and 3PT.

Ive made a new team from all fake rookie players (generated by computer) and ive been training them. I have 3 players who have stats:

SG 6'6 - FG- 96 3pt- 91 FT- 93 Dunk- 92 Jump- 99 (shooter + highflyer)
SG 6'3 - FG- 93 3pt- 99 (shooter)
PG 6'6 - FG - 80 3pt- 91 Pass- 84 (NOTHING!?!)
C 7'2 - Block- 92 (NOTHING?!)

I think for scorer and shot blocker and playmaker you need like 80+ off aware/def aware to get them. But this is weird for some players ive checkd they dont have high Def aware but they have shot blocking ability. This is weird. I want my rookies to be superstars !!!!!!
