blue circle appearing on the court

I observed this option when I try to make off ball it appears for one moment, does anyone know what it is for? I appreciate your help

its probably telling u the play that you are doing, it happens when u are on the lowest level

I think it shows were where the cpu player will go or atleast it seams like that to me.

it shows the spot where ur player must move to (Poing guard) to execute an offensive play from the playbook...

Move your PG to the circle and follow the directions to start the play.
