Better looking Rookies?

Can someone please make the rookies look realistic. Most of the rookies look like they are in their 40s and the asian rookies look white. Can someone fix this?

you can patch em on pc. but if you are on console. you are pretty much out of luck

yeh i hate the look of the rookies and i have one that looks like he has a cracked skull because he has a line all the way down the back of his head

yeah i know whats that all about, i thought it was like a ponytail but i noticed it was on most rookies?
