How do you look at Freestyle replays on PC?

At the top of the screen is has a circle and 4 in the center of it. But when I press 4 it does nothing. Help.

You have to use it like you use the FSS number 4. You know, press the FSS button and then block/rebound (I'm not sure if it's the right button)

I thought it was the Pro-Hop button to view replays

It's the same

Block/rebound for D and pro-hop for O (Y)

just press powerhop/rebound twice.
