I tried a few different things. I originally tried extracting everything with biGUI, then using Fshx to open, export, and then import a dds, but do to the fact that I was limited with what I could do with a dds, I used nfshtool to unpack the fsh file and make an 8 and a 16 bit bmp (which is what I did when I edited the numbers on the jersey), then repacked using nfshtool, opened the fsh file with Fshx to check it (I found out if you didn't do something right when editing the bmp's and repacked it using nfshtool, that it would crash Fshx when you tried to reopen it), then I tried importing the fsh file back in with biGUI. When I tried to rebuild the .big file after importing the fsh, all would act normal, but when you closed out biGUI, and tried to open the .big file again, it would revert back to the way it was before I rebuilt it. I never changed any of the names of the files. Without the .big file staying rebuilt, importing back into the viv and trying to rebuild was useless. Then I found Dolffin live 2.0. I used it to open the viv, scan down through all the files in the viv, and export the logo I wanted to change as a .png. After my editing I would import the .png back in. Once again, no file names were changed, and all of the png's were the same pixel size as the original. I've got a couple of things I'm going to try. One is using photoshop instead of paintshop...my version of photoshop is newer than my paintshop...don't know if that'll help or not. I'm also going to try and export the whole fsh file using Dolffin, instead of just the png and see what happens. If you see anything above that you think I may have done wrong, or any other ideas, let me know.
thanks
