I've been banging around a Classical Teams roster lately (with help from http://www.basketball-reference.com), with teams that more or less define an era in the NBA, with a few exceptions. Right now I'm building;

(This list is not meant to be the top players per-team, but rather to better identify the timeframe I'm trying to work with. I'm also not conserned with the spelling on this list since it's just for an example.)
However, the reason I'm working on this is out of reverence for an old Historical Rosters mod (or something like that) that I loved. I played it on all of the NBA Lives around the end of the 90's. It included several rosters - each representing a year - going back about 15 years. It included jerseys, courts and more for each roster you loaded so you could play in old matchups and classic games. If anyone knows who made this, why they stopped, or if someone wants to pick up where they left off, I - and likely a large swath of this community - would be very grateful.
