NICKNAME SPEECHID used on created plyr

if you want your created to be called you can now. you can use nicknames on your created player and put it on "speechid" at "players.dbf" you can only use EA's nicknames like "the game" "freak" etc.. at intro on the start of the game the the PA will say your # and nickname... only the PA will call your name. marv and kerr will only say your #..
