Can you trade draft picks?

When I start my Toronto franchise....I want to give them Denvers 06 draft pick. Any idea what field(s) I change????

None of the picks that have been traded in real life are reflected in the game. It is possible to trade draft picks though.

Sorry junwin and Malfa for posing such ridiculous questions. Please explain to me why my question is stupid so I may bask in your knowledge.

Seems to me during franchise mode you can trade not only players but draft picks. Now that information needs to be stored somewhere, it is just a matter of knowing how to 'force' it. Maybe that is a 'dumbass' assessment though.

Please steer me in the right direction. Since I am not a programmer nor do I have the time to post 946 posts combined within a 10-month timeframe regarding a video game, I do not possess your expertise regarding NBA LIVE.

I got Denver's draft pick not exactly the way I wanted to do it, but it's done.

I traded Chris Bosh for Linus Kleiza and a 1st round draft pick. Such a lob sided trade, they accepted it, and then I moved the players back with DB Commander.

Only problem now is that I get an error in the workingdb/players folder.
