What The... New NBA Live Commercial

any1 see it yet? i only saw the end of it but it looked like next-gen Live... i am confused. lol why would they already be promoting that.

has anyone else seen it? i only caught the last 2 seconds literally (its been on MTV according to someone at IGN and he said it was next gen as well)

Haven't seen the clip. But it makes sense that they would start some early promotions for the next-gen game. XBox 360 is supposed to come out this fall. So it's logical marketing move.

The commercial starts out with Tracy McGrady dunking then he walks by Ginobli, J o'neil, K. garnett, s.nash. d.nowitski, and d. wade. Then a guy come out of McGrady (he is a robot, as they all are). Then he jumps into wade. Then wade steal the ball from the stationary robot mcgrady to dunk, then it cuts to footage (old) of NBa Live 2006 for the 360.

Same reason they showed a next-gen commercial during the draft and during the lead up to the current-gen release. They want to sell plenty of copies of the next-gen version as well as copies on the current-gen platforms.

its on gamespot...is nba live 06 for the 360, the graphics look pretty much the same as for xbox n ps2

then how come i saw it on gamespot eh? ill tell you wat happened...tmac walks past a couple of players, he opens up and the inside of him looks metal, and a kid comes out of tmac, than i think he goes into d wade
