Talk about NBA Live 06 here.

don't know really...

I mean, it certainly looks great, definitely better than last year but still, when I add together all the complains that are here - and I must admit they're true - it looks like there has not been much development done. OK, now we got the sweat. Other than that? Shoes look silly just like they always did, the bodies are funky, so many disproportions I just can't overlook, the net has not really changed either (where's the problem with that?), ok the faces are a little improved but with the same dumb expressions as always, the dunking animation looks like in all the series before - spectacular until he gets close to the rim, then I better don't watch as he just awkwardly taps the rim with open open palms (at least that's how I define it from the picture - ball in net while Shaq's palm is open and away from the rim, grrr), etc.

Personally I would much better welcome some progress in the dynamics of the gameplay, as that looks still awful at times, many player animation sequences and moves are still so much erratic and awkward. To me the sweat appears to be the only visible improvement and I'm not really sure if that's what matters so much to most of us.

I suppose the best advice I'd give is the same thing I say every year. Wait until we know the full story and if you're unsure, rent before you buy.
