Those "interviews" are unnecessary for a summer league game, even if it is you make it appear so serious like a regular season game in the article, which makes it longer. Fuck, if you remove those interviews each topic would have about a paragraph each, which is ideal.

You mean the player quotes on the recaps? Well, summer league's done. Will have to tweak the topics a little then. (Y) Keep the tips coming man, may not look that way but they are really appreciated. :)

shadowgrin wrote:Mentioning LeBron's free agency? What a waste of time and effort on your part and waste of NLSC space in posting that. You think a basketball related site doesn't know about that and the vomit inducing coverage it had with sports news? What makes you think people would want to read 2 paragraphs about it again when we've been bombarded by it in the past when every time we get our fix of basketball news?

I know, I know! I'm sick of it too, but just aborded the LeBron fiasco from a Nets point of view. I thought it was a little funny how the Nets tried to get Bron and ended up with Trout. Looks like it wasn't. :(

Playing some preseason games until 2k11 comes out, might post them later. But looks like no one will read them. That's great. :|

This one officially ends in the 2nd page!

Is that a Thierry record or is it tied with another story?
Thierry's streak continues and he improves his quitting record with 2 pages!

Why the fucking hell are you asking us dipshite? And the whining just makes this whole thing sad and annoying.

Never said I was gonna end it.

But you guys, be honest. When I post some recaps and then you don't bother at all and only read the title, besides the fact if the recap is long or short, that doesn't matter, it's frustrating. I put a lot of effort into doing this and try to have fun, which I haven't, in almost all 50 stories. I know luck hasn't been on my side. It's not whining, it's just facts.

And, if I decide to start another one, follow it or don't, i'm not caring anymore. I will go out there, assemble my team again and have fun, it's the most important thing of all, not caring about feedback. So, do what you want. F*ck off

I hope you hold true to your word about having fun with the team and not worrying about the feedback. I think positive feedback for you will be slow man but if you keep it going for a while, you should get the followers back.

You want honest? I'll give you honest. In large fucking font size honest.

That's what most people here have been trying to tell you for a long fucking time. We tell you to have fun, enjoy your story and just continue, but noooo because you're an association attention seeking whore every time you don't get the "viewership" that you want you become spastic and suddenly quit whatever story you are doing. Admit it, your main idea of fun in making a story is to be an attention seeking whore.

And, if I decide to start another one, follow it or don't, i'm not caring anymore. I will go out there, assemble my team again and have fun, it's the most important thing of all, not caring about feedback. So, do what you want. F*ck off

We also heard that shite over a dozen times too. Why should you be surprised if people will ignore your effort and just read the titles because everyone here knows how it will end up. That is you quitting or abandoning the story.

I believe this has been suggested to you before. Try this if you really don't care and only want to have fun with your team.
Have a team, create your story BUT don't post it here. Create everything and save them in a folder, zip, or something. Finish a season then you post the story here by copy-pasting.

In that way you finally finish a season and you can dictate the pace of your story/updates since it's already done and you're just letting us see the finished product.

Do that and maybe, just maybe I'll stop calling you a cunt.
Haven't I called you a cunt before? Well I do now, you cunt.

I think Jae or JaoSming suggested that. I was gonna do it here, but then started with some games and couldn't wait. Will do that then. Waiting for 2k11!

That actually cracked me up. Made me smile, lol. Needed one of those man, thanks for that. There are some troubles here at my home, but not important, it's a total mess around here and I need to work here all the afternoon. :)

Just lock it here. Will just see other stories until a couple of months.

Dear god.

If you quit after posts like these, you'll never get one past 100 replies. Just prove us wrong with how long you can keep it up and for god sake, no-one cares about the pre-season other then how rookies are doing, so there is no need for the long recaps.

You haven't really learned anything, have you.

Wow...haven't been here in a while and you came out of rehab prematurely, started a thread and subsequently ended it...again..... :shake:

Just hold until the year 2011 before you start another one, and use your new years wish on getting rid of Thierry-itis

This is Episode 38. And that will end too. This dynasty wouldn't see 15 season games.

Then he'll end that one too saying that the files got "accidentally" deleted, all of them even the backups.

Thierry., and why can't you do that with this team? Since this is the team you chose after 2.5 months. Or is it still not the right one?

Considering this thread got 69 replies about how it was going to end prematurely, this really doesn't surprise me.

It's still funny though, like seeing someone get hit in the groin. You know what's coming, but that doesn't make it any less hilarious.

The sad part about this thread is it isn't even the record holder that I thought it was. Thierry has aborted stories that didn't even reach a 2nd page and has a story that even didn't have a single preseason or regular season game played.

His Sonics is one of the stories that only lasted a page and it has the least games played. One regular season game. Other one page abominations had more games because they were simmed.

While his Grizzlies one lasted two pages like this thread but it holds the Thierry record of not having a single or any game played.

Following and updating on Jae's research...

I have decided to post that counter every time Thierry has a new story and I will update it as necessary.

Take note Thierry, I also have dedicated myself to spamming any new stories you may have with the use of images or large font size profanities. I will only stop until you finish a season's worth of games in your story or I am told by the higher-ups to stop or have been banned for spamming. Yes, I am serious with this. No amount of bitching from you will stop me from doing it in the future.
