I have 2 gamepads and the keyboard hooked up and all register in the game so I assume you can play with more than 2 players. If you're talking about online, I can't help you there.

so you are able to play with other players on a single PC? this does not work for me - i have a keyboard and gamepad but if i start playing with both controlers, after some time one of them disappears.
