URGENT HELP PLEASE !!!!

Hi;

i have a franchise running, after the finish of a seasson, i edited the players dbf file a little bit (mostly salarys, years remaning, etc.); now when i load my saved franchise, i had some rosters with only one player!!!, and the game crash.

I can't back to the old file, i dont remember all the changes and didn't make a backup either.

What can i do?

Not much you can do. You should always make a backup when editing DBF files. I'm afraid you've lost your data.

i was affraid of that... but what is the reasson, i think the game loads the data from the dbf and use it.

Yes, the game loads player and team data (amongst other data) from the DBF files.

A dbf file editor; i've been using dbf files for long time, so i'm very familiar with the format. Certanly didn't use excel to open them...

I noticed several copys of the dbf tables on different folders: currentdb, originaldb, workingdb... besides the ones on my save folder, what are they?
