player speech tutorial!?!?Question!!Help!

Hi..i am quite new..and also italian.so i 'll try to explain my problem..
I would like to give to some new player ,like James,Anthony...their callname,,player speech,, infact there are a James(Tim)and an Anthony(Greg)yet.-..how can i do that?..Is any Tutorial for that?

I installed the 1993 finals patch by DANet and I installed the speech files exactly as you have on the instructions.When I try to preview from the pbpviewer,the sounds play fine.Still,when I play the game, the announcer doesn't say anything at all.Can you please tell me what's wrong ?
