1. does changing of those values in teams.dbf makes any difference in gameplay( i mean team ratings)
2. what values i have to enter in fields named "home advantage" and "rating adjustment" and in which way it affects ratings( if it does)

i've tried to do that and i experienced few problems:
1. does changing of those values in teams.dbf makes any difference in gameplay( i mean team ratings)
2. what values i have to enter in fields named "home advantage" and "rating adjustment" and in which way it affects ratings( if it does)
