The best foul rules setting and game play

Ok, what would be the best rules setting? How would you guys set the foul line. I set my Defensive 2 click from the max and Offensive 3 click from the max. Also, how the hell can you guys win in superstar mode. The free throw is so unrealistic. If i can make the free throw, i can have the chance to win the game in superstar mode.[/b]
