Make a player to wear his custom jersey

Hi,,
How do you make a player to wear his own custom jersey in the game, does anyone know?

I want to do it without enabling the custom art feature b/c that slows the game too much i heard.

I tried to include home and away.fsh into the player's viv file without sucess.

I think custom art is the only way to do it - it's certainly the easiest way.
