How to get new speech patch for NBA Live 2003-11 ! Because i dont like how comentary is saying number 6 gets the rebound ,but James get's the rebound! Plz help!

you can edit the database files to change Lebron's speechID to Mike James

yeah, but it's up to you whether you like him as mike james or as number 6. i personally prefer mike james because at least don poier or whoever will occasionally call him James when he does something

There is this tool:
EA Sports Play-by-Player Viewer 2003

It was a beta release though, I'm not sure just how much can be done with it. Generally speaking, we haven't been able to do too much with commentary and arena speech files over the years.

No need to double post, just edit your previous post if you have something to add.

What you'd have to do is export audio, use software like Audacity or another sound editing program to piece together clips to make new names and then reimport them. The import/export part is easy, manipulating the audio files to make new names...not so much.

how can I assign speech files for a player....there's no speechid table in nba live 2003 players.dbf

Yeah Sir..^^..there's a problem....i can edit the gamespch>English but when I tried editing the speeches in arena...arena speeches wont work....do you have any idea sir?...i won't give up on this...:D...

after i import the .hdr file then pasted what i just made in the nba live 2003 speech directory...all arena speeches won't work...except for the commentary... :(

That tool was a beta release, I'm not sure it ever worked properly with arena speech. It might be for commentary only. Funnily enough Audy 06 for NBA Live 06 is the exact opposite; we can import and export from the arena speech files but not the commentary.

lol...if we install new arena speeches...the new one you installed won't work...i don't know why....the old ones works...

yea...no matter how i tried it several times...still it fails to update the arena speeches...but the commentary speeches does works like a charm.......
