I can't use Freestyle moviment with my Sidewinder Gamepad

Hello...
I Can't use freestyle system with my sidewinder Gamepad
I Push The "Jab" Button and move the joypad in all the direction... but nothing change...
Only work if I pick up the ball... but when I leave the jab Button is always "TRAVELLING" !!!
Can you help me ?
