To confirm you are running fine with a usb mouse without any adapters?

If so I'm gonna pick one up today so my mouse will always be detected, rebooting 50% of the time sucks & can damage the system eventually.

wasup man My mouse is usb, the adapter is a usb to ps2 adapter,but I dont have to reboot my system at all. My gamepad is also usb. if I use both usb ports with the mouse and gamepad the game dont work well it work but I only get around 5 to 6 fps. So after reading your post I change my usb mouse to ps2 with the adapter. And I still have to gave you a BIG THANKYOU. I had the game the day it came out but couldnt play it, and was saving my money for winXP, because thats all I kept reading from other post get XP and the problem will go away. Try to use a ps2 mouse and not usb this really helped me alot. my cpu spect are very close to yours i think. 1.33 athlon(not xp), 512ddr memory, gforce4 ti 4200 128mb, asus a7a266 motherboard. driver for vcard is 40.72[/b]
