Just purchased this controller and its set up differently for Live. Anyone have a profile that I could use to change the button configuration? Thx.

You guys are a big help. This post has been on here 2 weeks, and the only replies I have are my own. Thx a lot.

Is there a button on the gamepad to switch between the d-pad and left analog stick?

In response to Pistol I have the same controller. To get it to work right I used the UsbDS2 Profile, then i configured the buttons. Oh and there isn't a button to switch from analog to dpad.

a simple "BUMP" would have done the job.

Can't you customize it on your own within the game? I do that with the Wingman Rumble pad.
Failing that Logitech normally comes bundled with software to let you re-define buttons for each game.

does this mean its impossible to use the d-pad to control players movement?

So far i haven't been able to use the d-pad to control player movement. I don't know how to switch from analog to d-pad. I guess you can do it if you reprogram the gamepad. it comes with software to reprogram the gamepad, but i am satisfied using the analogs, so i haven't really messed with it.
