Hello ! I hate,when NBA Live 2033 patch is taking too long waiting,they sed after July patch is ready,but its end of September now! Why is noone doing anything ?

Probably because there aren't many people playing or patching NBA Live 2003 anymore and patching is a hobby, not a job. Things change, things fall through (which is why one always has to be careful when posting dates for patch releases), such is life.

the only way to know when something might come out is if you make it yourself. check tutorials and the wiki for information if you want to learn

Nobody is patching right now. Be patient. Like Jao said, look at tutorials and teach yourself.
