Why wont my CPU controller players try to block shots ......

in the paint. I play with the Celtics. Unedited rosters. They will be in execellent position and just watch the offensive player shot right over them!!! They do on jumpers as well but that doesn' bother me as much as an uncontested layup or dunk.

:x

I was just gonna ask this question. But I would also like to know why they don't contest jump shots either. Cause if they are contest they are 100% made.

Also, why do your computer controlled teammates just kinda stand around when there are rebounds in the air to be hauled in?

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE SOMEONE ANSWER THIS.

because...

if it's on the higher difficulty levels (at least in the past versions) the computer does less... they never go for blocks, don't pursue rebounds as much, play looser D... it's because this makes it more challening, and you, the player have to do more, rather than just rely on your CPU teammates

amen to that...it makes you work harder and less dependent on the CPU for those key rebounds and blocks. Its kinda tiring on the wrist (for keyboard players) and thumbs(for gamepad users) but thats what makes the game more challenging. :)

peace ya all!
