a few queries

Hi everyone:

I'm in Australia and hopefully will be getting LIVE in the next few days!
Just got a few queries. I've been playing LIVE since 97 and I love the game. But until now I'm still not able to get all the buttons on my gamepad working (even in other games). Only 4 of those buttons work and there are about 10 buttons all together. I've also tried my other gamepad which has 6 buttons but also only 4 of them work.

I'm running WinXP (already tried other Windows as well). Anyone got any ideas on whats wrong? Thanks in advance.
