When you upgraded to XP, did you also download new drivers for your video card? That may be the problem.

My computer was being an Ass before i got XP so my mom she changed the computer to the way it was when we first got it (it was Windows ME ) then we Installed XP i installed NBA Live i got my SAVES FOLDER , my RENFE folder , and my RENDER folder off of disk and put in the correct places so i wouldn't have to look for the damn patches again....anyways...i load it up....and things look UGLY the screen is all white the background sticks ( well the background swirl spinning thing or qwhatever) was still there.....the players were in low resolution....so i fixed it......same DAMN thing.....my computer was going a bit slow...not STALLING but it was going the pace of how your feet move when you jog....anyways i deleted RENFE.....and....i finally played...and i quit to get patches....so...i got the logo patches from Mikki....i downloaded , Denver Logos , Cleveland Logo's(I think from tony) , and Mikki's ROKCETS logo , i start the game up...adn the MENU SCREEN WORKS.....so i load up Joe Mimic's roster....go to Play Now...go through some teams...anyways...i roll over to Cleveland...the logo was perfect....then i go to denver's logo and......i got slammed back to the desktop...... i don't know what to do i miss NBA (Damn you Madden....I'm going to football now  ) Should i uninstall Live and delete Renfe and Renstall Live and jjust Stick with Tony's Logo's?!

(Yes i have WINDOWS XP HOME EDITION The New DirectX , Hewlett Packard Pavillion Computer intel celeron processor , 701 MHZ , and 192MB of RAM ) :(

Oh your pic on your site makes me thinking of a problem between the drivers of your video card and XP. Before uninstalling or something I simply would look up for drivers on your grafic-card specific page.

You gotta download the latest driver for your graphic-card.
