Realistic Salaries. Hello!

Yo, I'd like to change the salaries to dollars and cents. I know somebody did it in the 00' and I was wondering if anybody knows how I can accomplish this and make a patch for 03'. The point system is urking me, fareal. Help!

To change the salary cap:
Edit salary.ini, found in felogic in the main game folder.

To change player salaries:
Edit the SALARY field in players.dbf.
