as in what? make it darker or give him actual hair?

Please if there is anything I can fix and you can be specific...mention it. It goes to making the cyber face better.

Also, if anybody with decent bandwidth is willing to host it that would be great. My last patch (kaman) overloaded my ftp account and it was down for almost 12 hours before it was available again.

I can't remember what Gaines looks like but that's a great cyberface, good blending.

thanks nick....well I added a little texture to the hair...seems like that was the major beef with it

It would be cool when you could add a headshot in the future. YOu know, that you can compare it more easy.

The face of gaines looks SUPER!but the hair still bothers me...there's something nit right...but I'll download it anyway Super patch ..Nice work

ok so that's like 3 replies about the hair....i added some texture in the release....but if you could please be more specific I'd be more than glad to fix it

I think it looks too sweet!!! I've been waiting on someone to make better face for this dude. But I think that you did one better -- a real good job on his facial features. I can't wait to see how he will look in the game now that he has a new face... Thanks again for posting it

there are a few reasons why I didn't post a real life head shot

there just isn't a frontal one....unless you count the jersey one where he's far away from the camera and he's squinting cause he seems to have th sun in his face

or the nba.com where his head is tilted at an angle

plus I though people on this forum already knew what he looked like cause of the rookie thread

but there really isn't a good picture of this guy...I have like 10 and none are something I could use. I had to use a bunch of pictures from different angles to let me know what he looked like

anyway hope you like it and thanks for the feedback so far

P.S. If anybody feels like hosting this patch please let me know...my school server is very limited.

The Headshape and face are perfect. Yeah the hair needs texturing or something.

i love that Gaines face..but there are littles things that needs to be fix..his headshape is too wide...i don't rili like his hair texture...it messes him up...except for that great patch u got there...

if you're referring to the new hair I just put on him...it looks very different on the screenshots than it does in the game. Trust me. I'm looking at the screenshot on a different computer from which I made it and the hair just doesn't look like it does in the game.

If you looked at it before I updated it...well tell me what you think of the new one

as for the headshape...there really isn't another headshape that comes close...as least I haven't found one. It definitely isn't a perfect match, but I don't know about it being too wide

look at the pics that has him wearing the new jersey, or even the one on nba.com...his head is wider and not as long

maybe we're just seeing his head different, heh...but I definitely thought martino had the wrong headshape

that's why I did this patch

one person said the headshape was perfect, I don't think it's perfect but it's as close as I could get and you think it's off

so who knows
