[NLP] Complete band update...fixed link [NLP]

This patch competely updates the armbands and the headbands with more realistic
colors and apperances:

Here is some important news about my patches:

Like many of you already know, I recently bought myself a new computer. This resulted in me
playing more NBA Live 2003. My old computer had a crappy graphic card and wasn't quite good
enogh to play this game, so I didn't play the game much when I had my old computer. So when I
got the new computer I started playing NBA Live 2003 more often and figured out that many of
my patches seems to crash the game. Most of the crashes was caused by the tattoo and band
updates. So I decided to go through all my patches and fix them. But while I fixed the crashing
issues of the patches, I also decided to update some more, updating cyberfaces, tattos and bands
of many players. Because of this every patch has been updated, either to prevent crashes or to
make them look better.

i dont' think it can be sent through email.. it's to big... its 3+ mb.

i think it's not that big though, well i don't understand what the problem
is, and i can't do anything about it.
i want rune's quality patches, but i can't download.....

3.4mb is big for a patch... and attaching file to email are/is only limited to a little more than 1mb.. unless your using eudora...

I think the problem is that the link contains capital letters.

rune, since you have changed your host to lycos, i can't
download any your patches !
there are some other people, who are in same situation as me. (maybe)
when i left click, it saids the file is broken, right click and save as target makes the referr thing.....
i usually uses save as target to download patches.
i tried many other ways to download your beutiful stuff.....like copy the link to the new window.....
but still, i couldn't download.
i know it's really annoying, but i wish you can relaunch a same site
with other host.(or upload it to nbalive.org)
in that way, i don't have to ask many people for sending your patches.
hope you understand my message.

when i used http://galileo.spaceports.com/~nbalive/bands.zip one,
and saved target as.....it worked!
i think that was because galileo.spaceports.com. instead of lycos.
if u could do all of this to all files, it's nothing but great.
