can somebody make usa jersey ?

it has been made a couple times. use the search option

i couldn't find it.
i wish that someone make a roster for team usa and some other country,
replacing the all star team roster.

The National Teams rosters and graphics do not affect any of your regular NBA rosters and graphics. You can get it at nteams.nbalive.org.

And v1.0 should be released within two weeks, if everything goes right.
