Can the players walk with the ball in Live 2003?

How does the Press Box camera angle in Live 2003 compare with Live 2001's Press angle?

I had a walk in the second game I played. I was wondering what happened. It was the only one I've seen.

what about when you are just using a keyboard? how do u make the players walk? tnx!
